Spacious rectangular sink measuring 50 x 40 cm

With internal dimensions of 500 x 400 mm, the Pure.Sink Comfort offers a generous washing area for everyday use. The rectangular shape provides ample space for washing large pots, plates, baking sheets, and other kitchenware.

The 10 mm inner radius creates a sleek and modern design. The slightly rounded inner corners make cleaning easier, while the flat bottom contributes to a minimalist look and practical ease of use.

Thanks to its generous dimensions, this Gun Metal stainless steel sink is particularly well-suited for families, cooking enthusiasts, and anyone who wants to combine a spacious sink with an exclusive look.

Suitable for undermount, top-mount, and flush-mount installation

The Pure.Sink Comfort Gun Metal PVD sink is designed for three different installation options and can therefore be integrated into a wide variety of kitchen designs:

• Flush-mount: The sink is installed flush with the countertop for a sleek and virtually seamless look. The 1-mm flat rim is particularly well-suited for this.
• Under-mount: The sink is mounted beneath the countertop, allowing the countertop to flow smoothly and making it easy to keep clean.
• Top-mount: The sink is installed from above into the countertop, with the rim resting on the countertop.

These versatile installation options make the sink suitable for both new kitchens and renovation projects. Always check in advance to ensure the selected countertop is compatible with the desired installation method.

Luxurious “ Gun Metal ” PVD finish and high-quality 18/10 stainless steel

The unique “Gun Metal ” PVD finish gives this sink an exclusive and contemporary look. The dark gray metallic color offers a stylish alternative to traditional stainless steel and pairs perfectly with black, gray, wood, and natural stone countertops.

The sink is crafted from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel. The “ Gun Metal ” color is applied using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology, which applies a thin, wear-resistant coating to the stainless steel. This surface treatment ensures a durable and decorative finish suitable for daily use.

Thanks to the combination of 18/10 stainless steel, the flat bottom, and the subtly rounded inner corners, the sink is strong, hygienic, and easy to maintain. The “ Gun Metal ” finish gives the sink a luxurious look without compromising functionality.

Pair this sink with a matching kitchen faucet in Gun Metal PVD for a harmonious and modern look. The dark metallic color also adds a stylish accent when combined with black kitchen accessories and natural materials.

Hygienic and easy to maintain

The Pure.Sink Comfort sink is designed for practical everyday use. Thanks to its smooth surface and subtly rounded inner corners, dirt, water residue, and food scraps can be easily removed. The included Gun Metal basket strainer catches larger food scraps and helps prevent clogs in the drain.

The Easyclean overflow enhances ease of use and helps prevent water from flowing over the edge of the sink when the drain is closed.

To maintain the Gun Metal PVD finish, we recommend cleaning the sink regularly with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh cleaning agents, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaning products. Dry the sink after use to minimize water spots and limescale buildup as much as possible.

PVD stands for Physical Vapour Deposition and this results in a coating that is much stronger than galvanised chrome, for example, and yet shines just as beautifully. Another not insignificant advantage of PVD coatings is that they are relatively environmentally friendly. To apply the coating, a liquid metal is vaporised in a vacuum environment. This means that the process requires less high temperatures. The vaporised metal is then applied to the product in one or more layers. These layers are wafer-thin so that the design of the product is not affected by the top layer.

PVD coatings are not only applied to taps, but to all kinds of metal objects that are used intensively and still require a beautiful colour. Think, for example, of cutlery, door fittings and even watches.

Advantages of PVD:

• solid coating;
• resistant to most cleaning agents;
• does not oxidise;
• shiny, wafer-thin top layer;
• scratch-resistant;
• environmentally friendly.

Disadvantages of PVD:

• it is a bit more expensive;
• the colour options are (for the time being) somewhat more limited.
